Ana da Ponte Lopes is a partner at Costa Pinto and Head of Regulatory Law, Compliance and ESG, leading the firm's compliance, regulatory and ESG area since February 2023. She previously served in prudential supervision at Banco de Portugal (2015–2023), including as functional coordinator of the Compliance and Corporate Governance Unit (2018–2023), and has extensive experience in corporate governance, internal control, fit and proper assessments and regulatory matters for banking and financial institutions.
