Maarten ten Kate is lead partner of the Corporate, Commercial and M&A department at Pot Jonker Advocaten with a strong reputation in corporate governance and mergers & acquisitions. He has experience advising clients in highly regulated sectors—particularly healthcare, education and the financial sector—and began his career at NautaDutilh in 2007 before joining Pot Jonker Advocaten in 2017; he also lectures on corporate governance at the Governance University and the University of Amsterdam.
