Jean-Michel Degée is a Partner at Arteo with over twenty years' experience in tax law, advising on corporate taxation including corporate reorganisations, international tax planning and taxation of remunerations, and acting in complex tax litigation such as transfer pricing and sectoral taxes. He teaches corporate tax at the Executive Master in Tax Management (Solvay Business School), teaches tax aspects of corporate reorganisations at the Université de Liège, has published on tax law and is Secretary-General of the Belgian IFA branch.
