Grzegorz Gajda is Managing Partner and an attorney-at-law at Baker Tilly Legal Poland with more than 20 years' experience advising Polish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, restructuring and complex cross-border transactions. He leads the firm's M&A and corporate practice, develops its international client base—particularly investors from the DACH region and from China and India—and since 2023 has been responsible for the firm's strategic development and operations in Warsaw and Poznań.
