Partner at Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa with more than 25 years’ experience representing domestic and foreign clients in administrative and tax litigation, including management of administrative proceedings, tax audits and conclusive agreements at federal and local levels. He specializes in tax consulting, dispute resolution and national and international tax strategies, has experience in administrative law for the telecommunications sector, has taught Amparo Fiscal in the Universidad Panamericana master’s program for more than 20 years, and joined the firm in 1994 (promoted to partner in 2002).
