Andrea Massimo Maroni has over ten years of experience in corporate law and financial markets, and is specialized in the sectors of equity capital markets, regulation of financial services, M&A of listed and unlisted companies, as well as venture capital operations. Since 2023 he has been Counsel of LEXIA, of which he has been a member since 2016.
