Elmira is responsible for LEXIA’s Foreign Direct Investment & Corporate Services department. She joined LEXIA in 2019 and has held the role of Counsel since 2023. Elmira regularly supports Italian and foreign clients in relation to international expansion projects, with a focus also on the establishment and launch of startups. Over the years it has gained great expertise in trademark protection and export control of dual use products. He also assists Italian and foreign clients in the creation of family and special-purpose trusts. In 2020 she was selected among the emerging professionals for having promoted and organized the diplomatic meeting in Italy with the current Iranian ambassador aimed at strengthening and increasing economic exchanges between Iran and the city of Florence. In 2022 she was selected by M&A Awards as Lawyer of the Year 2022 for Start-Ups & Venture Capital. She studied the issues of Iranian law in depth, obtaining recognition of his degree and title also in Iran.
