Saša Stojanovic is a partner and head of the corporate and M&A practice group at Radovanovic Stojanovic & Partners AOD, with multijurisdictional experience in Belgrade, Vienna and Athens advising international clients on large-scale matters across Serbia, Austria and South East Europe. He regularly advises on domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, real estate and banking transactions, and is a qualified Austrian and Greek lawyer who co-heads the German Desk and heads the Greek Desk.
