Partner and attorney at LeitnerLaw Rechtsanwälte since 2021, specialising in corporate and international tax law with a focus on private clients/HNWIs and SMEs; advises on national and international reorganizations and tax/structuring aspects of M&A and provides combined tax and legal (one-stop) advice. Previously spent about 10 years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Vienna (most recently as a principal associate) and serves as an external lecturer at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law of Vienna University of Economics and Business (since 2011) and at the University of Vienna (since 2022).
