Senior Associate and attorney at law at De Clercq Advocaten Notariaat since 2003, Caroline advises national and international medium-sized to large enterprises and educational institutions on all aspects of employment law, including individual dismissals, reorganisations and company acquisitions, with a special interest in cross-border employment and education law. She has completed mediation training and is a board member of the Technolab Leiden Foundation.
