
Maarten Mussche
Maarten Mussche (1982) is a founding partner of Finch Dispute Resolution. He specializes in corporate and commercial law. He has extensive litigation experience, in-depth knowledge of procedural law and is a skilled negotiator. Maarten handles cases involving shareholder conflicts, breach of business contracts, acquisition-related disputes, directors’ liability and enforcement claims. He advises companies, shareholders, directors and professionals in cases involving potential liability situations. He regularly represents clients in exit proceedings and inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeals in Amsterdam. Maarten holds a PhD (2011) at the Erasmus University Rotterdam on his thesis regarding directors’ liability. He is an editor of the monthly academic journal Maandblad voor Ondernemingsrecht since its launch (2015).
