
Sanne Groenwold
Sanne specialises broadly in construction and procurement law. She advises and litigates on a broad range of procurement law matters and has extensive experience in setting up and guiding complex tender and procurement procedures. Sanne is co-lead of the firm's public health care and social domain practice, advising clients nationwide. She is recognised by clients and peers as a trusted and aknowledged specialist in this field. In addition, Sanne has a strong construction and contract law practice. She focuses on advising professional clients on the realisation of large-scale construction projects, including the Victory Boogie Woogie Tunnel in The Hague, the renovation of the Binnenhof and the realization of the PALLAS Reactor in Petten. Her expertise covers both traditional and collaborative construction contracts, including alliances, two-stage contracts (such as construction teams) and various Cost+ contracts (including NEC4 and FIDIC). Where necessary, Sanne represents clients in proceedings before the civil courts and the Arbitration board for the building industry. Sanne is a recognised Cost+ expert with hands-on experience in major projects.
