Misha Leppers

Misha has 15 years of experience in construction and procurement law. Besides his legal knowledge and experience, his engineering background also gives him a technical background. He enjoys deploying this unique combination on-site with clients. Misha has extensive experience in both the tendering and execution phases of complex (infrastructural) projects such as the bored tunnel and deep stations of the Noord/Zuidlijn underground, the train security system of the metro in Amsterdam and the Victory Boogie Woogie tunnel in The Hague. He is furthermore involved in multiple non-residential construction and offshore wind farm projects. In addition, Misha focuses particularly on the rail sector. His experience at ProRail has allowed him to further specialize in this sector, for example in the field of superstructure renewal, train safety systems, the conversion of railway yards.
