Nicolas Béguin advises and represents clients mainly in banking, financial markets and corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions. He also acts as counsel in banking and corporate disputes. Nicolas Béguin is a member of the board of directors of the European Society for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF Europe).
