Gabriël van Gelder is a partner at VanLoman, joining the firm in November 2022 from DLA Piper. He has over 14 years' experience in international tax, with particular emphasis on M&A and private equity transactions, tax litigation, corporate reorganizations and investment fund matters, and acted as lead tax counsel for various private equity funds; he also completed a two-year secondment to the Dutch Desk of a Big Four firm in New York (2017–2019).
