Bojan Stanivuk is a partner and co-founder of Stanivuk & Manasijevski a.o.d. in Belgrade with over twenty years of professional experience advising domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, tax, insolvency and dispute resolution. He also has significant experience in regulated industries (media, pharmaceutical and healthcare) and was formerly a Company Law instructor at the Faculty of Law of Union University in Belgrade, where his teaching status is currently on hold and he remains a member of the Faculty Council.
