Remi Christoffer Dramstad is a partner at Selmer who works mainly with transactions and M&A, financing, shareholder issues and corporate law and heads Selmer's Venture Capital group with a focus on the interface between law, technology and finance. He has extensive experience in private equity and industrial transactions, represents Norwegian and international investment funds and corporations, and has expertise in venture capital investments, securities and bond financing and employee incentive programs; he holds an LLM from New York University (NYU) and received The George Colin Award for Distinction in the LLM Corporation Law Program.
