Marc Grüninger is co-head of valfor’s Banking and Finance as well as the Capital Markets practices. He is also a member of the Corporate/M&A and Energy and Natural Resources teams. His practice focuses on capital markets, banking and finance as well as domestic and cross-border M&A. Marc Grüninger acts as advisor to borrowers, lenders and sponsors on financing and corporate lending transactions, including syndicated lending, debt financings, acquisition and leveraged financings, asset-based financings, international bond offerings and securitizations. He specializes in equity offerings, listings, dual listings and IPOs and is recognized by SIX Swiss Exchange Regulation as a competent specialist for the listing of securities on SIX Swiss Exchange.
