Giorgio Manca is a partner and co-head of the Employment department at DWF Italy, advising Italian and international companies on union negotiations, information and consultation procedures in collective dismissals and company transfers, as well as labour litigation and commercial agency contracts. He is a lecturer and Core Faculty member at the Business School of Il Sole 24 Ore, scientific coordinator of a master’s programme in labour law and industrial relations, and a former assistant and contract lecturer at the University of Insubria.
