Emmanuel Okoronkwo is a Senior Associate in AELEX’s Dispute Resolution, Labour and Employment and Arbitration practice groups, advising and representing indigenous and foreign clients on disputes, arbitration, debt recovery and labour and employment matters. He was part of the legal team that successfully argued the non-exclusivity of the distribution license issued by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission and is on the legal team representing an international telecommunications company in a Federal High Court action concerning whether a non-signatory can be bound by an arbitral award.
