Professor Tarek F. Riad is Managing Partner of Kosheri, Rashed & Riad – Legal Consultants & Attorneys at Law and a leading practitioner of international arbitration, corporate and commercial law in Egypt. He teaches and heads the commercial and business law department at the German University in Cairo and has acted as counsel, co‑arbitrator, sole arbitrator and chairman in more than 120 arbitration cases, including commercial, construction, investment and oil & gas disputes.
