
Abdallah Noureldien
Abdallah Nour is a Counsel at Alliance Law, leading the Intellectual Property team. He is also a key member of the Litigation Team, with over 14 years of practice. He has represented a large and diverse number of clients in both civil as well as criminal matters. He has worked on a wide range of legal fields, including intellectual property rights disputes, commercial and civil disputes, and arbitration. He has represented various companies and individuals in diverse intellectual property arbitration and litigation matters, gaining experience in drafting legal documents for civil and criminal cases before the Appeal and Cassation Courts. He earned his Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Rights with honors from Cairo University. He earned also a LL.M. in Commercial Law, and an LL.B. from Cairo University. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Committee at the Supreme Council of Culture, Ministry of Culture, since 2021. He has also published works on the legal protection of architectural designs and copyright exceptions related to education. He received the Academic Excellence Award for PhD holders from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University, as well as the State of Encouragement Award in Legal & Economic Sciences. · Alliance Law
