Rym Loucif is Founding Partner at Loucif + Co in Algeria, advising mostly foreign investors on Algerian business law with a focus on cross-border mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, competition law and energy (including oil & gas). Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006, she trained at Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) and King’s College London and previously practiced with Willkie Farr, Gibson Dunn, Gide and LPA-CGR Avocats; she also contributes as an expert to the OECD EU‑OECD Program on Promoting Investment in the Mediterranean.
