Senior Associate based in Egypt advising on commercial transactions, corporate matters and cross-border deals from an Egyptian law perspective. He has significant experience in competition/merger control, aviation leasing and finance, renewable energy and infrastructure projects, and has served on Egypt’s Ministry of Justice committee for the Digitization of Judicial Proceedings while sitting on Egypt’s Dispute Resolution Sub-Group for the Aviation Working Group; he is currently pursuing PhD studies.
