Partner in the Corporate department of Appleby’s Bermuda office with over 30 years' international experience advising on complex commercial transactions across Canada, Bermuda and the Caribbean; focuses on technology and innovation (including fintech and insurtech), privacy and data protection, banking and financial services, infrastructure, energy, eGaming and corporate governance. Prior to joining Appleby in April 2022 he practised for 17 years at an internationally recognised Canadian commercial law firm and opened and managed its Bermuda office from 2014–2018.
