Counsel in the Corporate department of Appleby’s Bermuda office, with extensive experience advising on corporate and commercial matters, insurance and reinsurance transactions (including life insurance securitisations, catastrophe bonds and special purpose insurers) and finance matters such as securitisations and general banking. She joined Appleby in May 2024 and previously worked in corporate teams at other offshore firms in Bermuda and Hong Kong and as in-house legal counsel for a Bermuda-based life re/insurer.
