Josephine Noddings is Counsel in the Corporate department of Appleby’s Bermuda office, advising on corporate and commercial matters including insurance law and regulation, public and private M&A and joint ventures. She also advises on the structuring and formation of investment funds (including master-feeder and ILS funds) and is a member of Appleby’s global Technology & Innovation group advising on digital asset issuances and digital asset business; she joined Appleby in August 2017.
