Jerome Wilson is a partner in the Corporate department of Appleby’s Bermuda office and leads the Technology and Innovation practice in Bermuda, advising on digital asset business, complex shipping matters and ship financing, and representing lenders, borrowers and equity sponsors in bespoke cross-jurisdictional transactions; he also has specialties in public companies, telecommunications, asset-based acquisitions and working capital financing. He is President of the Bermuda Bar Association and a member of the Judicial and Legal Services Committee.
