
Kate Ovenden
Kate is a partner in the Corporate Department in Guernsey. Kate has considerable experience in advising international and local clients and intermediaries on a wide range of mandates. She has particular expertise in banking and finance and corporate real estate matters as well as having a significant corporate and commercial practice. She also advises on the establishment and lifecycle of all types of investment structures, financial services and regulatory matters and insolvency and enforcement. Kate trained and qualified at City law firm Withers LLP, where she worked for 10 years before relocating to Guernsey in 2006.
