Simon is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team in Guernsey. Simon has extensive experience advising on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Simon advises on all core areas of dispute resolution including insurance disputes, shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations, trust disputes, contractual claims, international enforcement actions and cross-border insolvency claims. Since qualification, Simon has specialised in high value and complex commercial litigation, acting for international and domestic companies, stakeholders and insurers across a broad range of disputes.
