Stuart Tyler is a Partner and Group Head within the Corporate Department at Appleby in Guernsey, advising on a range of corporate and commercial matters including fund raising, acquisitions, debt finance, financial services regulatory matters, insolvency, shareholder arrangements, insurance structures and the commercial aspects of trusts and foundations. He joined Appleby in January 2020 after a decade as a partner at another Guernsey firm and was previously a partner at Stephenson Harwood LLP in London; he qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1992 and as a Guernsey advocate in 2010.
