Josh has experience in corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions on both buy and sell side, as well as experience in corporate restructuring transactions. He has acted for corporate entities (across sectors including financial services, gaming, fitness, healthcare, retail and fintech), private equity institutions, as well as various corporate stakeholders.
