
Sophie Corkish
Sophie is Counsel within the Corporate department in the Isle of Man. Sophie joined the firm as a trainee in 2015 and, following completion of her two year period of articles, qualified as an Isle of Man Advocate in November 2017. Sophie advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence and multi-jurisdictional corporate restructurings, as well as banking and asset finance transactions, including ship finance matters. Sophie regularly acts for international financial institutions, law firms and corporate service providers, advising on a wide range of the key and complex legal issues that affect both their own businesses and those of their clients. · Appleby
