Juliette Ally is Counsel in the Corporate department at Appleby in Seychelles, advising international banks, private corporate clients and small businesses on corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, loan securities, shareholders and partnership agreements, commercial leases and corporate insolvency. She trained and practised in the UK (Rawlins Davy Plc), joined Appleby in July 2011 and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales (non-practising) in October 2007.
