Her representative matters include advising on major acquisitions in the renewable energy sector—notably the acquisition of a 49.75% stake in Bujagali Energy Limited. She has supported multinational clients such as Prudential PLC, Dentsu Aegis Network, TPG Growth, and leading European gaming and telecom companies on proposed acquisitions in Uganda, covering transaction structuring, regulatory approvals, and negotiation of transaction documents.
