Sarah Nassali

Sarah is an associate in the Banking and Finance Team. Sarah has direct experience handling complex asset sales and purchases, property transfers, mortgages, and re-mortgages. She works closely with a broad client base including local and international lenders, borrowers, investment funds, and development finance institutions (DFIs), supporting them in various financing and project development transactions within Uganda. Her foundational expertise extends to corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, where she has assisted in establishing corporate entities, conducting due diligence exercises, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and drafting and reviewing key corporate transaction documents. Sarah is actively involved in advising on transaction structuring and routinely provides practical support to regional and multinational clients on a range of advisory inquiries that impact their operations. · MMAKS Advocates
