Andrés Martínez is Head of Tax & Legal Consulting at KPMG in Chile, specializing in tax advisory for local companies and international groups with a focus on corporate taxes, business reorganizations, M&A, VAT and international tax. He previously worked in the Tax & Legal department of Ernst & Young (2005–2010) and is a member of the Chilean Bar Association, the Chilean Institute of Tax Law and the International Fiscal Association (IFA) in Chile.
