María Francisca Nogueira is Director, Tax - International Corp. at KPMG in Chile with more than 12 years' experience advising local and international clients on tax matters, including tax planning, mergers & acquisitions, project finance, foreign investment, international taxation, reorganizations and implementation of corporate structures.
