Partner and head of the Public Law Department at DG&A-Abogados, with extensive experience as a consultant and researcher in public, constitutional, administrative and international law. She has held senior public positions (including advisor to the 1991 Constitutional Assembly and Director of Foreign Investment at the Ministry of Commerce), served as dean and long‑time professor of constitutional law, and joined DG&A in 2017, becoming partner the same year.
