He has more than 40 years' experience advising national and international companies in arbitration, administrative, public and constitutional law, and civil and corporate law, and has held senior public positions including Minister of National Defense and Ambassador of Colombia to the United States; he was also Dean of Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Law School and has taught administrative and constitutional law for over thirty years.
