He served as Legal Vice President and Executive Vice President of the Bogotá Stock Exchange — leading the integration of the Colombian Stock Exchange and the start-up of the Colombian Electronic Market — was a member of the commission that drafted the Securities Market Law, and teaches Financial Law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
