About

Partner of the Competition and Antitrust practice area at Esguerra JHR, highly recognized by national and international publications for competition law in Colombia; he has advised and represented clients in major cases involving anti-competitive practices, unfair competition, consumer protection and merger control. He has chaired the Law and Economics Department of Pontificia Universidad Javeriana’s Law School since 2003, is a founding member and director of the Center for Studies on Competition Law (CEDEC), has taught competition law at several universities, and served as a Non‑Governmental Advisor to the International Competition Network (ICN).
