José Luis Tufiño is a partner at PPO in Bolivia and a member of the firm’s tax law team with over three decades of experience in national and international taxation, tax planning, and tax litigation. He has held executive public-sector positions (including at the Internal Revenue Service and the Commerce and Corporations Registry), was a founding partner of Tufiño & Villegas, serves as an arbitrator for the National Chamber of Commerce/CIAC, and has taught tax and financial law for more than 30 years.
