Guillermo specializes in advising local and international companies on real estate transactions for all asset classes, including the set-up of investment vehicles, due diligence, and reports on risk assessments and its mitigation. He has also participated in the obtaining of commercial real estate financing for customers, as well as drafting and negotiating master purchase & sale agreements for the disposition or acquisition of portfolios.
