Mariana has specialized experience in real estate auditing for all types of assets in acquisitions and financing, joint ventures for project development, leasing and disposition of assets, as well as drafting of the related documents and agreements for such transactions. She has participated in the analysis of specific legal and contractual real estate matters, advising clients on mitigation of legal risks and contractual solutions. Her practice also includes knowledge regarding the structuring and negotiation of leases for all asset types, development contracts and purchase & sale agreements.
