Marian has 7 years of experience in the real estate industry. For 4 years she worked in U-Calli, a real estate developer in Monterrey, and has developed extensive knowledge in leases for retail, industrial and office assets, as well as educational institutes, representing tenants and landlords. She has also participated in a number of transactions related to the acquisition and sale of shopping centers and industrial assets, including legal advisory, preparation of due diligence reports regarding red flags and the negotiation and execution of the corresponding preliminary and closing agreements. Additionally, she has led the creation, reorganization, estate re-assignment, trustee substitution, compliance reporting, legal management and liquidation of over 100 real estate trusts.
