Nestor has extensive experience in antitrust law, as well as in corporate and transactional law, where he has focused his practice for over 7 years. He has participated in several merger notification filings and absolute and relative monopolistic practices investigations before the Federal Antitrust Commission, being involved in complex matters that have even won or been nominated for the Global Competition Review's matter of the year award. During his practice he has advised Mexican and international clients in foreign investment matters, mergers and acquisitions, in the drafting and negotiation of their contracts in Mexico, as well as in the legal and corporate activities of their Mexican subsidiaries.
