He advises national and international clients on large projects, complex regulatory and administrative matters and litigation before regulators, frequently sits on arbitration panels in disputes involving Public Works Ministry concessions, regularly teaches energy regulation and constitutional law, is the author of a book on electric energy regulation, and serves as President of the Chilean Association of Energy Law and Regulation.
