Founding partner with more than 30 years' practice focusing on corporate matters—particularly mergers and acquisitions, financing, restructuring and insolvency, and capital markets—on both local and cross-border matters. He has been a professor of Commercial Law at the University of Chile for over 20 years and serves on arbitration panels, including the Santiago Chamber of Commerce list and the Ministry of Public Works concessions panel (since 2010).
