Andrés is a Partner in the Tax and Estate Planning practice at Martínez Quintero Mendoza González Laguado & de la Rosa, with extensive experience advising on local and international tax law, tax and estate planning, tax structuring, tax litigation, cross-border tax incentives and tax aspects of M&A. He teaches international tax law in the LL.M. Tax program at Universidad de los Andes and is president of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) Colombia chapter.
